Due to the nature of fragrances, skincare, and beauty products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened, used, or tested products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ycbeauty1022@gmail.com. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
